Mary Margaret Davis Pyles, 83 of Frontenac , KS died February 5,
2011 at the Olathe Medical Center in Olathe , KS .
She was born October 31, 1927 in Frontenac , KS the daughter of
William and Mary Margaret (Lavery) Davis. She attended schools in
Frontenac and Kansas City , KS and received her nursing degree from
St. Mary’s College. She worked as a registered nurse and was a
homemaker.
Mary married Bert Pyles on August 30, 1947 in Kansas City , KS ;
he preceded her in death in October of 1993.
She was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in
Frontenac.
Survivors include a son David Pyles and family of Washington;
daughter-in-law Patti Pyles, their children Brie Sudderth and husband
Dan, Lindsey Regalia and son Logan and Karly Regalia; a daughter Sue
Pennington and family of Overland Park , KS , son-in-law David
Pennington and their children Korie Pennington and Skye Pennington.
Memorial services will be 6 p.m. Friday February 18, 2011 at the
Friskel Funeral Home in Frontenac with Father Robert Spencer
officiating. Inurnment will be in the Mt. Carmel Cemetery . Condolences
