2011 at St. Johns Hospital in Joplin, MO.
   She was born May 28, 1931 to Glen Dewaine and Elizabeth Delores
(Uhren) Clark.  Betty attended school at Cockerille and Frontenac.
   On June 21, 1947 she was united in marriage to Lute Alfred Gintner.  
He survives.
   Betty spent her entire life in this area.  She worked numerous years at
her mother’s restaurant, Chicken Liz’s.
   Survivors include 1 son, Tim Gintner and a daughter, Mary Warrick
and husband Johnny, both of Pittsburg.  5 grandchildren; Kristy Sailors
of Paola, KS.  Terri Gintner of Harrison, MO; Ashton, Libby, and Luten
Warrick of Pittsburg.  1 great-granddaughter, Carlie Pichler; and
numerous nieces and nephews.
   She is preceded in death by her parents. 2 brothers, Glen Lee Clark
and James Wayne Clark.
    Mass of Christian burial will be 11 a.m. Monday, July 18 2011 at
Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Frontenac with Father Thomas Stroot
as celebrant.  Burial will follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Frontenac.  
The parish rosary will be recited at 6 p.m. Sunday at Friskel Funeral
Home in Frontenac where the family will receive friends following the
rosary until 8 p.m.  Friends may call the funeral home after 2 p.m.
Sunday.  Condolences can be sent to  The
family suggests memorials be given to the American Heart Association.
