Obituaries
        Rosemary Bosetti, 85 of Frontenac died at 8:41p.m. Thursday
March 3, 2011 at the Sunset Manor Nursing Home in Frontenac.     

        She was born April 1, 1925 in Detroit , MI the daughter of Norman
and Rose (Young) Haigh.  She attended elementary school in Scammon
and was a graduate of West Mineral High School .  She then attended
and graduated from the Mount Carmel School of Nursing in 1945.  Upon
her graduation from Nursing School Rosemary worked for several
physicians, and then worked as a nurse for Mount Carmel Hospital .  She
then worked for Crawford County and was instrumental in establishing
the Crawford County Health Department.  She completed her nursing
career working as a school nurse at Girard School District retiring in
1987.

       Rosemary married Jack Gintner in 1947; he preceded her in death
in August of 1959.  She married Gus Bosetti in December of 1970 in
Frontenac, he survives at the home.

       She was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, the
Sacred Heart Alter Society, and a 55 year member of the Frontenac
American Legion Auxiliary where she served as past district president
and a member of the Society of 8 & 40.

       Survivors include her husband Gus of the home; a daughter Jan
Heardt and husband Jim of Frontenac; three brothers Norman Haigh of
Louisiana, Jack Haigh of Texas and Tommy Haigh of Lindsborg, KS; 2
Grandchildren Jennifer White and Jason Heardt and four Great-
grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents, first husband
Jack Gintner, a daughter Joyce Ann Gintner in 1957 and a sister Florine
Dubois.

       Mass of Christian Burial will be 11a.m. Monday March 7, 2011 at the
Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Frontenac with Father Robert Spencer
as celebrant.  Private family burial will follow in the Mount Carmel
Cemetery in Frontenac.  The parish rosary will be recited at 6 p.m.
Sunday at the Friskel Funeral Home in Frontenac where the family will
receive friends following until 8 p.m.  Friends may call at the funeral
home after 1 p.m. Sunday.  Condolences can be sent to www.
